Sounds perfect to me, you can moderate the slope with the bedding. You could put some black tile covered with rock at the bottom of the slope to collect and move out the liquids. Then cover the rock with the bedding, sounds like height isn't a problem, so you wouldn't have to clean out much. The manure pack will give off some heat and you can keep adding more bedding to keep it dry. The cows will tell you if it's too steep, too wet or uncomfortable by not using the building. My bet is they will love it.
