Southwest Indiana | 1770 NT 24 row 30" planter. Installed ourselves prior to season. Controlling with Swath Pro on GSII screen. 2 row sections.
We had a fit issue with the hex shaft and the hex plate on the clutches during installation. TruCount sent new shafts and plates to correct the problem, and were very good to deal with over phone.
Only problem we had in season was a clutch not activating to disconnect a row, on the second day of use. Lubed the clutch, which didn't solve problem. Took it off, check shaft for free spinning, activated clutch thru test on screen. All worked fine. Reinstalled on row unit and worked fine since. Still not sure what the problem was.
Very pleased with results. Hope we don't see the problems mentioned above by others in the future, but as of now would recommend.
