Subject: Re: Pearl Millet as hay

West Texas
I grew pearl millet one time, planned to cut for hay, but it looked too drought-stressed to be safe for hay. The seedheads looked good, so just let it grow. Ended up with a great crop of doves, which a group of city fraternal order dudes paid good money to shoot at. I thought they looked a bit too lawyerish, so decided not to jump those sharks again. Alls well that ends well and cross fingers to boot.
