SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ
When they start paying up for oats ,maybe, but right now 3$ oats just don't get it done with 6$ corn and 13$ beans.
Corn on corn is a big user of Phos.
Could never figure out how anyone can make oats pencil in SW MN unless you were growing it for seed sales.
Cash rents could be 300$ next year. 100 bu oats @ 3$ is 300$. 150 bu corn @6$ is 900 $, alot more $$$$ to play with.
