Oh, on the soybean deal, sounds iffy, needs monitored, evenly spaced and no more death, probably ok. Dying, dead spots, I would plug another round in, your choice on population. Those late season varieties down there are real vigorous but so are the weeds. Sounds like you might have controlled the weeds until bloom!
