I'm still just kicking this idea around, I really hate to stop growing corn and beans but I'm afraid 120 ac. just isn't enough to justify any equipment for that. Bermudagrass has become popular around here and that might be the way to go. Timothy and orchardgrass only last about 3 years here if you're lucky.
