Lewisburg, PA | The ponds are oh so pretty till the flocks of geese come and deciede to chew the corn and beans . What are the remedies beside's 12 gauge lead. Just had two new ponds( wet land ponds that are now in what use to be a pasture)_ on another rented farm and I asked the landlord what she will do about them when they start eat everything and she was dumb founded the enviro specialist didn't tell her about that. She asked what we can do about it. I wanted to tell her we could push it back shut again . One of them is dry already and we have been getting a lot of rain. The engineer told her there will be a lot of run off from my fields my NOTILLED fields. I hated to break that to her also that the only run of from these fields will be in the winter. So whats every ones secret bates for these two legged web footed eating critter that makes a ground hoglook like he isn;t keeping the pase with the rest. Luke | |
