NW Mississippi | We had a good run just when we needed it in order to squeeze our crop in the planting window. We finished Friday. Fortunately it all came up fast and is all very healthy looking. 90% of our crop is still at cotyledon but I planted my refuge first when we had a break in the rain the first part of May and it is at 2nd true leaf.
I am planting quite a few different varieties this year to see which of the gene BT's perform best on us so I will know what to plant when the single gene varieties are gone. Phytogen, Stoneville, and DPL are all on the farm this year. | |
