Subject: RE: Storing Glyphosate

Hoisington, KS
I had about 15 gallons of Touchdown CT left over last fall that I kept in 2 1/2 gal. jugs over winter and it froze. I used on the first field I burned down this spring and it didn't kill anything. My supplier says no, freezing doesn't hurt it's performance. It probably was't 68 degrees the day I sprayed, I didn't shake up the jugs before I put it in the sprayer, and it rained about 8 hours after I sprayed. I didn't notice that the TD looked any different from normal when I dumped it in the sprayer.
another question, should a 250 shuttle of glyphosate be agitated once in awhile or does it matter?
