![](/profile/get-photo.asp?memberid=3271&type=profile&rnd=626) Decaturville TN | Last year we had the worst drought in history here. This year it is so wet its hard to get anything done. I've been waiting nearly a month to finish planting corn. It finally got pretty dry Saturday so I planted 50 acres then changed over to soybeans and was rolling pretty good until Monday at lunch. Some really heavy rain came thru Mon afternoon and then more this morning, 5.1" total. It fell so fast I had the creek in front of my house jump the bank and come thru the field. I have gullys in places I have never had them (all no till). First pics are planting Saturday (Sat. forcast was for 20-30% chance of scatterd showers Mon-Wed, that changed on Mon.) Last pics were this morning of same bottom. Looks like several thousand $'s of seed wasted. I sure hope and pray this year gets better, this is depressing. I hope most of you guys aren't going thru this. Rick
