I am pretty confident a 20/20 would catch the issue. It is amazing how you can watch each row individually and see a graphical representation of skips, doubles and erratic seed spacing.
We have only used ours on 95 acres (twice). It has been extremely wet in this area and we haven't had an opportunity to really get a good handle on the full functionality of the system.
