East Central Illinois | Bad winds thru this area late Sunday night and early Monday morning.Was in corn fields today 2-4 leaf stuff that the wind and soil have created havoc on.No leaf stripping however the stuff looks almost like frosted corn.Leaves are almost black and lifeless,,the top whorl is green but the rest of the plant looks damn bad.No sign of bugs or anything else and no chemicals have been applied.I am almost sick...I assume this can come out of this but it sure has me concerned at this juncture>And of course neighboring fields do not look like this stuff | |
