68340 | I was in a simular situation this spring. Brother-in-law of a friend raised the rent to high, so the friend passed it up. Now I could have called an put in a bid and maybe or maybe not rented it. I was not worth it. It is only money. I can't say you did anything wrong. It is just the risk you take when you do what you did. I try and remember, what would I feel like if the shoe was on the other foot. You know you don't have to rent it another year. | |
