what do these land rollers do to the soil structure, is it good or bad to do this

It really doesn't do anything to soil structure because the lbs per square foot isn't enough. You figure it out there's probably way more weight under your foot.

They do tend to pulverize the clods on top so they do increase the likelihood of blowing in certain circumstances. To one's eyes, it might look like it would affect water infiltration but I don't think it does to any great extent.

Just my opinion.
