| We have had the same problem with some of the Bayer products this year. Apparently the product they use to impregnate with the chemical is being baked to long and will not dissolve.
Most mfg get the polymer or whatever they use from only a couple of sources and thus a lot of mfg's are having problems.
Bayer has agreed to reinburse me for all damage and poor chemical control. They even paid to clean my self propelled sprayers. This stuff will adhere to the insides of the lines like glue.
After a lot of experimenting, liquid N was about the only thing that would dissolve the left over junk.
Would definetly bring this to the attention of the Regional rep for these companies you are dealing with as this is not an isolated problem.
