It's called Nancy's Blankets, I think. I'll look this weekend. You still need to seed it first, then roll out the blanket and stake it down. Have done miles of waterway like this and only had to repair two places. One comes from a Walmart parking lot, 7 acres of asphalt with no abatement. Lots of fast water.
