I converted a 20 by 80, it works fairly well. Last year the grain was warm going in and it needed a big fan to cool that much height. Ended up with some spoilage on top.
To fill it I use a vac. A vac works much faster if you use a auger to feed the vac, instead of making it suck from ground level. The vac will keep ahead of a 8 inc auger.
