Antifreeze, motor oil, mercury, every toxic bug spray you can imagine. 50 years ago people were a lot less concerned with what they dumped down the drain. I don't think I would take it for free. Especially if I wanted to live on the property some day. Might be over reacting but I probably wouldn't want it. Good luck.
