and I'm all livestock, no corn or soybeans....
I farm sparingly to keep my hay ground going, which does well in these dry years if it gets covered once to get one cutting of alfalfa.
In many areas with greater annual precip than here the cash value of annual rent is more than the land here is worth to purchase.
