Fungicide ONLY PAY's IF you have a fungus (why spray if there is no good reason) scouting is better than spaying any time. if you do try a foliar look into zinc it will help with N uptake and that could save you adding a shot of N to your application. Tissue samples are cheap compared to spaying. Also check with your seed dealer at this point your corn may have some genetitc tendencies to do a little pale.
