Martinsville, Ohio
That is exactly what I told the Census when they called yesterday.

Call lasted about 3 minutes, I am done.

Remember the file 13 discussions?

Some days I farm way too much and some days not enough.

Some of the big operators with big rentals are hurting. Others are going to prosper.

That is what made this country.

Hayboy we are not picking on you, just giving you a clue on the Privacy Act when it comes to business size.

I hope you and the rest of us all do well but it looks like a challenging year no matter what acreage you handle!

Lots of 10, 20 acre hay operations here, some 50, a couple higher.

100 ac corn, 300 ac beans common.

Most of the ground in sw Ohio is large operations on a 50-50 rotation of corn and soybeans, I can think of maybe 10 operations from 5,000 to 20,000 acres each. Lots of 2500 acre operations and below.

Farming operations and profit per farmer varies so much it is hard to judge.
