Lots of 10, 20 acre hay operations here, some 50, a couple higher.
100 ac corn, 300 ac beans common.
Most of the ground in sw Ohio is large operations on a 50-50 rotation of corn and soybeans, I can think of maybe 10 operations from 5,000 to 20,000 acres each. Lots of 2500 acre operations and below.
Farming operations and profit per farmer varies so much it is hard to judge.
