Rivers, MB | We are about 12 miles West of Rapid City so the weather data will be very close. I was guessing on the 10" of rainfall during the growing season. I guess I was a little low. Thank you for your input. I only have room in my trial for the 2 varieties at one seeding rate so I will be limited in what I can do this year. However, I will be trying to aim for the lower seeding rates rather than the higher rate that I suggested in my earlier post. Leaves lots of possibilities for next year!! Should have worked this out a little earlier so I had a better planned trial. Oh well, should be interesting anyways.
