You won't be able to add anything to glyphosate to increase activity on J-Grass, might even make it worse.

On Pokeweed, I've used 32-44 oz Roundup on established pokeweed in corn and soybeans. IF you can get it, Permit (halsulfuron) @ 2/3 oz + 22-32 oz of Roundup works really well in corn and is very crop safe. In soybeans, the higher rates of Roundup work best for the $$ if you're using RRSB already. If not, the Classic or Raptor mixes are the next best option but watch for stunting on the SB.

I've dealt with these intensely for over 10 years and this is the best we've seen. It is not perfect and really needs several years to seriously reduce the pressure. The Pokeweed is really a tough bugger and there will be a lot of seeds in the field and brought back in the field by birds and varmints.
