If he drinks like that when not working then he is drinking while working.
Not necessarily. I know a lot of guys, even some of my farmer friends, who drink in the evening but not at work.
Our main hand is single and sometimes drinks and chases women on the weekends. That's his business, not ours, as long as he shows up for work on time and is able to work.
