Southwest Illinois | While I personnally approve of what your wife did, a court and judge would not. From what my lawyer tells me you cannot send someone in for a random test unless you have a random test policy that is written and explained to the employees. You cannot just wake up one day and decide to send Joey in to get tested on a whim unless he is involved in some type of accident, and again that needs to be a written policy. I don't agree with that, but your wifes job could be in jeopardy if she's not following corporate drug testing rules. | |
