ripon wi | Went down to my coop to get some liquid starter 10-34-0, the employee punches the amount of 8142 pounds in the computor amd starts the pump.He had to leave to go talk to somebodyelse so I watched the screen count of the pounds being loaded. It only took a few minutes and it was done, but I notice the screen said it had loaded 8040 pounds of product. I questioned the employee and he said that it was calibrated for a 3 inch line and that mine was 2 inch. So I asked him why I am paying for 8142 and recieving only 8040. He couldnt tell my why. I talked to the manager the next day and he said that he would make the adjustment, with out even trying to disspute what I had written down what the screen said. The screen clears after a couple of minutes after done with no record of actual amount loaded. How are we to know we are getting what we pay for?
