NW IOWA | NW IA. Not much change from last week. Very little done this week. Rain on last Friday and againTuesday kept us out and again saturday(yesterday). Won't go again till middle of next week that is if NO rain! Maybe 20 to 25 percent corn planted around here. 50 miles west maybe more done and 50 miles east less done. Know of several big to decent sized operators who haven't planted a kernal. Corn that went in this week planted in less than ideal conditions. WET and COLD!!! | |
