| The sulfur source is the key. Thiosulfate is very damaging. Ammonium sulfate isn't (although the N in it still counts toward your salt load).
Copper in the seed row can be a problem if the rate is too high, but your rates sound low enough if I'm understanding correctly: The micronutrient product has a half percent of Cu, right?
In many conditions, despite its name of 'pop-up,' seed-furrow applied fertilizers can delay emergence a day or two. I wouldn't expect stand thinning at your rates unless the soil is a bit sandy or dry.
