the prescription can contain any number of zones. Polygon-based prescriptions are recommended over grid-based prescriptions. The legend in the Pro 600 will always have 6 ranges.

SanDisk is the approved/recommended/supported brand for datacards, 32MB to 512MB, FAT/FAT16 formatting. You may find other brands that work, but looks like you're not having good luck with that...
