Near Richmond, IN | Before I bought our drill a few years ago I talked to Kelly Day that ran the soybean yield trials at Purdue and asked him about yield differences between different row widths. He told me at that time that they had seen no difference in yields between row widths of 20" and under. I also talked to Monsanto about weed control and they said the same thing about no difference in control in 20" and under, although that one might be a little harder to believe. I was trying to decide between 7.5" and 10" and went with 10". | |
