ALL of our fields are small and irregular shaped. Our normal spraying pattern is two laps around the entire field and then spray the best we can with the longest edge. This longest edge might be sort of straight (road) or not straight at all (terrace). I wanted to use the headland pattern instinctively but it wants me to set a straight line for guidance (AB or A+). I found out pretty quickly that even the edges of the field I thought were straight really aren't. It looks like freeform may be the guidance pattern for me, but I don't see (from the posts on here) that it is used that much. What's the best way to handle these fields? | |
