NC IA | If you're talking about the as-applied rate on the Insight locking up on one rate during operation, I have seen this as well.
Insight - Rawson AccuRate (Planting) - SeedCommand - AutoPilot configuration. Two years in a row now. Saw it last year and customer had it happen once again this year.
Fix is simple - provided you catch it.
Turn both the Insight and the Rawson off and back on and it seems to work fine. I am assuming something somewhere gets out of sync communication-wise between the two.
In our cases, though, the Insight stops mapping completely. I think the Rate might even go to Zero.
The Rawson does continue to VRT apply what the Insight is telling it to apply, though.
Can't say I ever talked to Ag Leader about it.
Will have 3 setups this way this spring, though, so if it happens more frequently someone will have to look into it.
