1 - Hold buttons I and II (left hand side) while powering up (soft reboot). Customer info will still be retained.
2 - Hold buttons I, II and III (left hand side) while powering up (hard reboot). Customer info will be lost as it resets itself to factory default settings.
I don't believe that this is recommended to do over and over.
