Central SD | I had a 4720 with the same kind of problem. It was ok @ 10-20 gal work, but anytime I went to 5 gpa I had trouble. Increasing gpa to 6.5 helped me. Does it have all of the latest updates? I was going to try a new controller to see if that helped anything, but I traded it last fall. I would make them change the controller, especially if it is under warranty. Deere is aware of the problem. My spray tech and I did recorded logging for the factory guys in the late fall of 06. I would either drive faster or spray at a higher gpa because IMO, changing settings isn't going to improve anything.
