Subject: RE: Maximum Yield

Bardstown,KY
Right now i'm planting 160-180,000 with the drill. From what i've been told I could back down to the 150,000 with the planter .I have to admit the drilled beans we have this year look as good or better than any bean we've ever had even though we got off to rough start.I believe the planter would have got more beans up we have around 115-140,000 final stand and some as low as 100,000 cold and wet start. I don't want to trade down in yield but the 15 row beans i've seen around look good from the road, LOL.
