Subject: Need help building hitch for steerable axle trailer

Oklahoma Panhandle
We are building a fertilizer trailer to pull behind a planter and are using the front axle from a truck. Could someone post some pictures of how the hitch tongue needs to tie into the axle and the tie rods?

The only steerable axle trailer I can find locally is a light duty trailer, originally a cotton trailer. I've looked for pictures online but haven't come up with any. The loaded weight of the trailer will be around 26,000 lbs. Thanks!
