Northeast Illinois | Bought one a couple of years ago, mainly because I'm too cheap to buy a fancy one. I think I paid $3150 for it out the door. I have been very satified with it , heck first winter I had it I went thru the ice and submerged it , removed spark plug , changed fuel and all oil and away it went. Good basic machine , never had any brake cable issues. Goes fast enough for me , fits nicely in back of pickup truck. Overall a good simple machine. Good luck --- Greg
