You can empty them by removing the panel that acts as a keeper for the rubber flap below the metering roll, kind messy though. I think you would want to remove the distribution tube and make some type of flow control out the bottom for the hydralic auger.
Capacity on 2300 cart is rated at 230 bu. 40% front tank, 60% rear tank
