I have seen several engines with more fuel in the oil than that without any damage. Like Jon said, you may just think there is a noise there that was not before. You could do a compression test. If any cyl have slightly lower (greater than 10% difference) compression it may indicate a damaged piston. Also check the oil pressure with a good gauge with the engine at operating temperature.
Doing an oil analysis may tell you very little if you do not have any previous samples to compare it to. You would have to take several samples a 100 hours apart and compare them for a better indication.
