How old is the engine?

Had a 318 dodge that misfired, wouldn't run sometimes, bent a pushrod and pushed another through the stamped lifter arm. . .  Rusted, worn, and loose timing chain would jump a cog or two and then jump back so it would kinda run sometimes, not run at all, and run fine other times. Replaced the chain and sprocket set and things were much more better afterwards.
