The moisture is around 28% on the corn shelled at Ridgeway, Illinois. It was planted first week April on the best soils in Southeast Illinois ( in Illinois period )with excellent management and will easily top 200 BU/A. It is a little earlier than normal but not unusual. They have been finished shelling corn by first of September in a real early year.
