They work so simple you'll wonder why you didn't get one sooner. We "borrowed" our rotary phase converter off the grain dryer for a while til we found another one for the milling machine. We ran a tapping head, too, no problem. We've never done it, but I've been told you have to be careful if you wire up a CNC machine to a convertor.
