Subject: New 3700 Kinze planter, NOT IMPRESSED

N E Oklahoma
They delivered my new planter and after trying for quite a while to get level, figured out that the center of the tool bar is 2 inches lower. This makes for a very pronounced "V" in the middle of the planter. Tool bar in center is way below level. Parellel linkages run level on the outer 1/3 of the planter, center linkages run way up with a lot of extra pressure.

Called dealer, they didn't have a clue. So they called KINZE. Their answer "That's the nature of the beast". Not happy about the response. Have any of you found a way to correct the situation, or are you just dealing with it. To me, it is very important to have the toolbar running level. Looking for good advice, not Kinze bashing, already own it.
