Subject: Case IH 7120 clutch or trans.

Canada
I had posted this question before but still have not solved the problem. With my foot on the clutch when I select any gear ( forward or reverse ) the tractor will move before releasing the clutch about 1 or 2 feet. If the tractor is cold ( I presume cold trans fluid ) it might move 3 or 4 feet. I have tried adjusting the clutch linkage but the problem still exists. When you select any gear the rpm of the tractor will drop about 100 rpm and seems like it is partially in gear even with foot on the clutch. There is also a growling noise when any gear is selected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
