Argyle, MN | The picture is the concave adjustment. You open it up or close is down with the "gear wrench" thing on the bottom of the rod. The air choke adjustment is in the cab. Up near the left window. In my opinion, go for the R series. They have the P3 processor. We had a 1983 N6 and traded for a 1999 R62. Way better machine, but then I don't know your exact needs. I thought that the longer sieve came out in 1997 or was that the year they started painting the machines, cant remember exactly. Easy to see if it has the long seive, if it goes past the rear axle by a foot or so not only 6 by inches. One key thing for the Gleaners is the accellerator rollers. Make sure the rubber is good or replace if there is wear. Good luck. | |
