Kansas | Around here one farmer just reitired and cash rented his ground out and word is another one is thinking of it, however, both of them are said to be stipulating that there be no no-til done on any of their ground. I thought when you did cash rent, you could do whatever you wanted with the ground (well, aside from planting a tree orchord or something of the sort)? The ground already cash rented was to a friend who doesn't no-til anyway, but that still isn't the way cash rent is supposed to be done is it? | |
