Gary, I have been doing some research on strip till, these are a couple of useful links. The University of Illinois has information regarding the fall and spring applications and nitrogen applications but not good news for spring strip till. I have read that strip till was mostly a fall process so I am curious to see how many replies are using strip till successfully in the spring.

Lessiter publications No Till Farmer also has no till information, there are articles and a forum on their site, I don't see as many posts as this site but they have some good articles.
