| probably in your soil, organic matter and how it holds water, can be same soil and with out proper things wont do what you expect. Could be something from 40 years ago that only a drought brings out. Yield maps would probably show you this on a good year that you have problems too. Silage cutting two years in a row and corn on corn probably is not good for your organic matter. Soil test and make sure you use gps to make sure you can find out your improving it once you have found the problem. Im sure its in the ground and something simple. | |
