always remember, areation, areation, areation...keep the temp the same throughout the bins...pull a core every month at the least...lots of $$$ in a large bin.
gossip here only, but fairly reliable, ADM lost a lot of beans in Illinois elevator...manager bought a monkey and headed for the streets.
