I have a starter that just spins on this tractor, the solenoid never kicks in. Put a new starter relay solenoid on it and still does the same thing. Put a new starter and solenoid on it and it does the same. The old starter did the same thing so I don't think it's the solenoid on the starter. Any ideas? I'm getting tired of shorting it out across the starter to get it going.
